Unlike DROGAS Light which still had major record label contractual obligations that still needed to be fulfilled, DROGAS Wave is a project that will solely benefit Lupe as an artist. The Cool and Food and Liquor have always been 10/10. Lupe did make some solid albums after but not to that same level. There were good signs with Tetsuo and Youth that he was getting his touch back and Drogas Wave has delivered for sure. For me it's his 3rd 10/10 album and also my favourite.
